Delivery
1. Shipping Areas
We deliver across mainland UK. At this time, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other offshore locations. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your area.
2. Delivery Times
Most items are delivered free within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Made-to-order items may take 2-6 weeks, depending on availability. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
We’ll let you know if unexpected delays occur.
3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery applies to all items within 2-5 working days.
4. Delivery Process
Orders are shipped via trusted third party couriers, and you’ll receive a tracking link once dispatched.
Most of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be kerbside. However, our third-party delivery partners can wheel the pallet to your garage or door, provided there is sufficient access.
Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. If you’re unavailable, our courier will attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.
Since deliveries are handled by a third party, Sleek & Chic is not liable for any property damage that may occur. Property types that may be affected include, but are not limited to, pathways, driveways, garages, verges, and flower beds. In the rare case that any such damage does occur, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide the details of the courier with whom a complaint needs to be filed.
We are not liable for any expenses you may incur due to late delivery of the products.
If no one is present at your premises during the delivery and you have not informed the driver, you will be responsible for paying for a re-delivery. The cost will be based on the delivery company’s rate structure.
Once the products are in your possession, they become your responsibility unless you return them to us. We are not liable for any potential loss or damage to items once they have been delivered and accepted.
5. Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your order upon delivery for damage or defects.
All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues and email us the relevant photographs. This will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed or identify any recurring product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being arranged.
Returns
1. Faulty or Damaged Items
We accept returns on account of manufacturing defects subject to approval by the Returns Team. This includes free collection of the defective merchandise.

You must email us with your order number and reason for return within 48 hours of delivery.
If returns are approved, we’ll arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Reasons
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind on any of the products sold on Sleek & Chic.
4. Return Costs
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Any refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (though most deliveries are free).

Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our standard returns process.
